Interest Rates
For these types of loans Interest is charged monthly and can either be paid on a monthly basis or the interest can be capitalised (financed into the gross loan amount)

Application Fees
From $ 550.00 depending on loan size and the investor involved
Establishment Fee
not all loans carry this but they start from 1.50% of the gross loan amount, this is capitalised into the loan
Valuation Fees
From $ 330.00 for Residetial properties up to $ 1,000,000
From $ 660.00 for Residetial properties up to $ 2,000,000
From$ 1,320.00 for Residetial properties up to $ 2,500,000
From $ 550.00 for Commercial properties but generally a quote is obtained
Valuation fees are paid by the applicant upon acceptance of the letter of offer

Not all the investors carry a penalty fee if you repay the loan facility back early
